Terms of Service

Cancellations: We require at least a 3-business day notice

There are no contracts! Even so we understand that…life happens. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled or recurring service, we require you to contact us directly at least 3-business days in advance of your next service date without incurring a charge. If less than 3 business days’ notice is received or if we cannot access your home/business at time of service, it will be necessary to charge you the full price of your cleaning service. All future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged unless requested by you in writing.

Termination of regularly scheduled cleanings must be in writing.

Recurring maintenance service are priced at a discounted rate. Therefore, if you choose to cancel a recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Hourly Cleaning charges will apply for the next clean.

Service Access

If a coded access is not available, please meet our team member at the residence/service site to let us in. If there is an alarm system, please give access instructions to us before the service date.

Please refer to the Cancellation Policy should we be unable to access your home/business in arrival window time.

If neither of the above is possible, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Arrival Window

To ensure the highest quality service for all our valued customers, we will provide a one hour window for arrival. This will allow our team members to efficiently complete all the hurdles that develop throughout to day without affecting the promises we make to you.

Our Team members will arrive within the following timeframes: between 8am and 9am and between 1pm and 2pm.

Payment

We offer contactless payment methods. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Maestro, Carte Bancaire, Diners Club, JCB and Unionpay via our website. We also accept cash or check. A $34 fee will be charged for each returned check. Please leave checks on the kitchen counter for our team member to collect after the service is complete.

Full payment is due the day of your cleaning using the credit card used at time of booking. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, on the day of your cleaning unless you have notified us that an alternate form of payment will be provided at the time of service.

Gratuity

Tips are optional but very much appreciated!

Agreement

When entering an agreement with Breathe easy Cleaning Solutions, you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by us for any related-home services out side of you agreement with us.
